Sub: Filling up of the post of Joint Advisor / Deputy Advisor in TRAI Regional Office at Jaipur, Kolkata and Bhopal on deputation on foreign service terms.
The organization proposes to fill up the post of Joint Advisor / Deputy Advisor at its Regional Offices as Jaipur, Kolkata and Bhopal on deputation on foreign service terms, initially for a period upto 31st March. The required qualification and experience for the said post are given 2025. below:-

Pay Level/ Scale of Pay: Pay Level-13 , Rs. 123100-215900/- in the Pay per 7th other such as etc. as Rules. Matrix as CPC plus allowances DA, HRA per Govt. [Pre-revised PB-4, Rs. 37400-67000+ Rs. 8700 GPI
3. Eligibility:
Officers of the Central Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies:-
(i) Holding equivalent post on regular basis OR
(ii) Officers Junior Administrative Grade with five years of regular service in that grade OR
(iii) Group 'A' Officers having twelve years of regular service in Group A of which at least five years of regular service shall be in the JAG.
4. Essential Qualification:
A Master / Bachelors in Business Degree Administration Economics / Commerce/ Engineering / Law / Science / Humanities from a recognized University/ institution or, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and possessing requisite experience in the relevant field
1. Deputy Advisor
Level- 12, Pay Rs.78800-209200 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus other allowances such as DA, HRA per Govt. etc. as Rules. [Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100+ Rs. 7600 GPI
3. Eligibility:
Officers of the Central Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies:- (i) (ii) Holding equivalent post on regular basis OR Officers in Senior Time Scale (Level-II in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) with 4 years of regular service in that grade.
4. Essential Qualification:
A Master / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Economics / Commerce/ Engineering / Law / Science / Humanities from a recognized University/ institution or, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/lnstitute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and possessing requisite experience in the relevant field
5. The appointment will be made on deputation on foreign service terms and 3. will be governed by the instructions issued by the DoP&Trg. 0M No. 6/8/2009- Estt. (Pay II) dated 17th June, 2010, as amended from time to time.

Selection will be based on deputation on foreign service terms.
1. All the Ministries/ Departments, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies of Government of India are requested to forward applications in the prescribed proforma (can be downloaded from TRAI's website www.trai.gov.in) along with attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years, vigilance/disciplinary clearance and cadre clearance of eligible candidates, whose services could be placed at the disposal of the Authority immediately in the event of their selection
