Educational Qualification: MD (or equivalent) OR PhD with basic degree as MBBS / BDS / BVSc with at least fourteen years’ of R & D experience with original work as evidenced by publications and inventions introduced into clinical practice and policy. Desirable: Individuals with multi-disciplinary expertise and leadership background will be preferred.
