Educational Qualification: M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D

1. Project: Cellular Assay Platform for determining the immunogenicity of vaccine candidates

2. Post Name: Research Associate-I/II

3. No. of Post: 01

4. Minimum Qualification and Experience: 

a. For Research Associate-l PhD in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Mic robiology/Immunology from a recognized university.

b. For Research Associate-ll PhD Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Mic robiology/Immunology from a recognized University with two in Life Sciences/ years of post-qualification experience in the field of human Immunology research, One first author research publications in peer reviewed journal.

5. Desirable Qualification& Experience: Experience in designing of immunological assays. i.e. Flowcytometry, cellular Cytometric Bead Array analysis, ELISA, assay etcC. Working Luminex experience in immuno-phenotyping of samples serological assays. 

6. Monthly Emoluments: Research Associate-I (Rs. 47,000/-+ HRA)/ Research Associate-ll (Rs. 49,000/- + HRA)

1. Project: Multi-Omics Signatures of Human Placenta: Real time assessment of underlying mechanisms for prediction of birth outcomes and development

4. Minimum Qualification and Experience: MSc in any field of Life Sciences from a recognized University with at least two years of post- qualification working experience animal cell culture and in molecular biology techniques.

5. Desirable Qualification& Experience: Working experience in mammalian cell culture, in vitro compounds, biology and techniques Screening of molecular biochemistry including ELISA, blotting, RT-PCR, etc. Should have experience with Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications. Should have good writing and presentation skills. Western.

4. Minimum Qualification and Experience: MSc in any field of Life Sciences from a recognized University with at least two years of post qualification working experience of processing clinical samples

5. Desirable Qualification& Experience: Working experience in handling clinical samples, isolation of serum, plasma and PBMCs from blood. experience processing and running samples for Flow cytometry. Working skills in the field of Hands on of exosomes and related molecular techniques.

6. Monthly Emoluments: i)Rs. 35,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests - CSIR UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection through process National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and institutions) ii) Rs.28000/-+ HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above

5. Desirable Qualification& Experience: Experience establishing culture assays Experience immunohistochemistry in isolation and trophoblast cell in and immunofluorescence assays, data analysis and report writing. Working experience in histopathology of the human placenta.

6. Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 49,000/-+ HRA Depending upon experience

7. Desirable: Sound knowledge of maternal-fetal/placental biology and expertise in mammalian cell culture and molecular techniques At least one publication as first author in a scientific journal
