Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for District Government Pleader
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Law or Master of Law from recognized University.
- Experience: Advocate who is practicing as an advocate in any Court of DNH&DD for the last 10 years.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years.
Eligibility for Additional Government Pleader
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Law or Master of Law from recognized University.
- Experience: Advocate who is practicing as an advocate in any Court of DNH&DD for the last 7 years.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years.
Selection Process
The appointment shall be made from a panel of advocates prepared by the District Magistrate in consultation with the respective District and Sessions Judge. Selection will be based on an interview process. The final appointment is done by the UT Administration of DNH&DD.

- Graduation & Law Degree copies
- Enrolment No. & Bar Council Certificate
- No Objection Certificate from Bar Council
- Experience Certificate from District Judge/Presiding Officer
