1. Educational Qualification
- Consultant – Credit Business & Operations: Candidates must possess a Bachelor/Master Degree in Law / Commerce / Economics / Finance / Banking / Banking Management / MBA (Finance/Banking/Marketing) / B.Tech / B.E / CA / CS / ICWA / CFA / CAIIB / JAIIB / PGDM / BBM / B.Sc. (CCS) / LLB from a recognised University/Institute.
- Senior Consultant – Credit Business & Operations: Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce / Banking / Economics / Finance / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM / M.Tech (IT/Computer Science) / LLB / LLM / CA / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary / CFA / CAIIB / JAIIB.
2. Experience Requirements
- Consultant: Minimum 03 years’ experience in Bank branch operations at Clerk level or above.
- Senior Consultant: Minimum 05 years’ experience at Middle / Senior Management level in the Banking sector.
3. Age Limit & Relaxation
- Minimum Age: 25 Years
- Maximum Age: 62 Years
- Cut-off Date: Age calculated as of 01-02-2026.
