Educational Qualification: M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech, M.Phil/Ph.D

Applications are invited for the following post purely on contractual basis under BIRAC-sponsored BioNEST program. The post are temporary and co-terminus with the project. The post, essential qualifications for eligibility, and remuneration, are mentioned below

1. Post: Technical Officer

2. No of Post : 01

3. Remuneration: 60000/- per month consolidated

4. Essential qualifications: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences with at least 3 years experience thereafter, OR M.Sc./M.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences with at least 5 years of experience thereafter, either in research and development in academic/corporate sector, or management of operations of high value sophisticated instrumentation facilities in academic/corporate sector. Partial relaxation of qualifications may be considered in case of candidates with past experience in other bio-incubators/ instrumentation facilities/fermenter operations.

5. Job description: Operation and general maintenance of BioNEST sophisticated instruments on a day-today basis, maintaining accounts of all purchases and expenditure, overseeing overall maintenance of the Facility, assisting in BioNEST purchases.
