University of Hyderabad Recruitment 2022 for 3 Guest Faculty

Applications are invited for the following Guest Faculty positions for the period February 9, 2022 to 8 June, 2022.

1. Post Name: Guest Faculty

2. Course to be taught: Television genres and formats

3. Qualifications: MA in Journalism/Mass Communication with at least 55% AND NET/SLET A relaxation of 5% is provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates Superannuated teachers may also be considered subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years. Specialisation: Television Production

4. Desirable Qualifications: Experience: At least five years of experience in the television industry involving production and production supervision. Demonstrable knowledge of different video genres and formats and AV storytelling approaches and high competence in all aspects of video production

5. The honorarium will be Rs.1,500/ lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/ month

4. Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D in Mass Communication & Journalism Teaching experience at the post-graduate level and a demonstrable familiarity with a range of communication and media theories.

5. The honorarium will be Rs.1,500/ lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/ month

3. Qualifications: MA in Journalism/Mass Communication with at least 55% AND NET/SLET A relaxation of 5% is provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates • Superannuated teachers may also be considered subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years. Specialisation: Film Studies/ Visual Culture

4. Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D in Mass Communication & Journalism Teaching experience at the post-graduate level and a demonstrable familiarity with a range of communication and media theories. Proven research in the area of film studies or visual culture, and teaching experience at the Postgraduate level and a demonstrable familiarity with a range of communication and media theories.

5. The honorarium will be Rs.1,500/ lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/ month
