Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Director, International Centre (1 Post):
  • Qualification and experience of a Professor in the relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate teaching or research experience of not less than fifteen years.
  • Route A (Eminent Scholar): Ph.D. in the concerned discipline, minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals, research score of 120 (as per UGC Regulation 2018), 15 years' teaching/research experience, and evidence of doctoral guidance (at least one student submitted Ph.D. thesis).
  • Route B (Outstanding Professional): Ph.D. in relevant discipline from academic institutions/industry with significant contributions to knowledge supported by documentary evidence, and 15 years' experience.
  • Essential: Knowledge of Marathi language. Teaching experience must be as an approved teacher in the regular scale.
• Desirable: Administrative experience in a large University, experience handling foreign delegations/collaborative matters, managing international students, and exposure to teaching/administration in foreign universities.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Stage 1: Evaluation based on Academic, Teachings and Research Credentials (ATR) score as per Government Resolution Sankirn.2025/E.860421/Vishi.1, dated 06.10.2025.
• Stage 2: Personal Interview.
• Terms: Candidates called for the interview will have to remain present at their own expense. No TA/DA will be paid by the University for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

1. Educational qualification documents: degree/diploma certificates and both-side copies of statements of marks.
2. Certificate of Equivalence in percentage for degrees under the Credit System.
3. Certificates of teaching/administrative experience, approval letters or appointment orders.
4. Receipts of Ph.D. thesis submission or result of students guided, and evidence of post-doctoral research.
5. Birth/SSC certificate or Government document as proof of date of birth; Gazette copy in case of name change.
6. Copies of publications, evidence for Option A or B, and duly filled API based PBAS with API documents.
7. Small family declaration in the prescribed Declaration Form A.
