Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- General Manager (Supply chain):
- Qualification: B.Pharma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. (Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry) / PG degree or diploma in Management/Administration from a recognized Institution/University.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years specifically in supply chain management of drugs and medical supplies.
- Manager (Supply chain):
- Qualification: B.Pharma with PG (Degree/Diploma) in Management/Administration/Operations/Logistics/Supply chain management from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years specifically in supply chain management of drugs and medical supplies.
- General Manager (Drug Procurement):
- Qualification: Full time B.Pharma degree (or) Graduate in Science (Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry) discipline from a recognized Institution/University.
- Desirable: Certificate/Diploma in procurement/Supply chain Management or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in procurement of drugs or related supplies for public agencies.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for UPMSCL recruitment will be based on Scrutiny of applications and subsequent Interview of shortlisted candidates. Candidates applying on Deputation must comply with Govt. of UP Service Norms. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview/selection process.
