Educational Qualification: CA, ICWA, M.Com, M.Sc, MBA/PGDM

Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the post of Managing Director & CEO, UTIITSL for it’s Registered Office, Belapur, Navi Mumbai to be filled on contractual basis for for a term of 3 years, extendable by a further period of 2 years or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier on the terms and conditions given in this publication.

1. Name of the Post:  Managing Director & CEO

2. Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering/ MBA/CA/ ICWA/Post graduation in Science /Commerce or equivalent. All qualifications are to be acquired from an institute recognized by competent Indian Authorities e.g.UGC, AICTE, Central / State Government / Universities. Qualifications are to be acquired on regular, full time studies and not through distance studies or open universities.

3. Essential Experience: Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in senior management level as a Head of the department of a reasonably sized organization with turnover of more than 250 crores. Only such experience acquired after acquiring prescribed qualification will only be considered.

4. Desirable: Experience of dealing with Board of Directors; & Preference will be given to candidates having experience in IT/ITES industry and well versed in coordination/dealing with PSUs / Government officials/ departments for at least one year.

5. Duration Of Appointment: The appointment will be initially for a period of 3 years, extendable by a further period of 2 years or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier. Depending upon the age, overall performance and profile of the appointed incumbent, and if otherwise eligible, he/she may be considered for reappointment by the appropriate authority at its sole discretion.

6. Pay / Remuneration: Total remuneration (CTC) will be 52,79,904/- p.a. plus performance based variable pay (at sole discretion of the Board) at a maximum upto 40% of annual remuneration excluding statutory deductions. In addition, MD & CEO will also be entitled to the following facilities as per the company rules.

i) Office Car with driver (At actual).

ii) Mobile Telephone (At actual).

iii) Travel and Halting allowance as per Company Policy.

iv) Group Mediclaim and Group Term Life Insurance as per UTIITSL policy.

v) Leave as per UTIITSL Policy.

vi) Statutory deductions will be applicable like PF, PT, TDS etc as per Government Rules.
