Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Accountant (Lekhakar)
- Must be a member of a UPSRLM women's group.
- Qualification: At least 12th class pass. Able to read and write Hindi with good knowledge of arithmetic.
- Must have a smartphone/Android phone and be skilled in using it.
- Must be willing to travel to other villages, visit bank branches during working hours, and attend meetings.
- Experience: Compulsory 03 years of book-keeping for the group, village organisation, and Cluster Level Federation.
- Restriction: Cannot work in her home CLF.
MIS Assistant
- Must be a woman. Members of UPSRLM women's groups get preference.
- Qualification: At least 12th class pass with good knowledge of arithmetic and Hindi.
- Experience: More than 30 days of work at the resource block covering group formation, financial management, etc.
- Certificate of Computer/Software course of at least 6 months from a registered institution.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and prepare reports.
- Must have a smartphone and be willing to travel to villages.
- Restriction: Cannot work in her home CLF.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Written Examination: Scheduled for 12-11-2026.
- Result Declaration: 13-11-2026.
- Interview: Scheduled from 13-11-2026 to 19-11-2026.
- Final Result: Communicated at Mission headquarters on 20-11-2026.
- Screening Clause: For the Accountant post, selection is made strictly from experienced CLF Book Keepers.
