Young Professional-I (YP-I) – Program 1.2.3 (3 Posts)
- Required: B.Sc (Agri.) or Diploma (Agri.)
- Desirable: Higher education in relevant discipline, work experience in breeding / physiology, knowledge of computer applications
Young Professional-I (YP-I) – Program 2.1 (1 Post)
- Required: B.Sc (Agri.) or Diploma (Agri.)
- Desirable: Higher education in Agronomy / Soil Science, work experience in cotton, knowledge of computer applications
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Program 6.1, Activity 1 (1 Post)
- Required: M.Sc. (Agri.) or Ph.D. (Agri.) in Entomology
- Desirable: Work experience in cotton entomology, knowledge of computer applications
Young Professional-I (YP-I) – Program 6.1, Activity 1 (1 Post)

Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on academic qualification, experience, publications, achievements, and awards submitted in the application form.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email, WhatsApp, or phone call to appear for the interview at Cotton Research Station, Nanded.
- Document Verification: All original documents will be verified at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Candidates who canvass in any form will be disqualified. Candidates found to have submitted false claims will be rejected. The Director, VNMKV, Parbhani reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any position or not select any candidate even after interview.
Pay, Tenure & Terms of Engagement
- The positions are purely temporary, contractual, and co-terminus with the project.
- Tenure is up to 31 March 2027 or until termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
- There is no claim for regular appointment, absorption, or permanent posting in the University or State Government.
- Engagement is subject to ICAR / University revised guidelines from time to time.
- Service is liable to termination for non-maintenance of discipline or failure to perform duties.
