Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates must select their sector and specialisation on the portal. Qualifications vary by specialisation as per Annexure-I of the notification.

• Water Resources Sector: B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering, Irrigation, Hydraulics, Water Resources, Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Instrumentation, IT, or Electronics with relevant experience.
• Power Sector: B.E. in Electrical, Civil, Thermal, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Transmission, Distribution, Hydropower, Thermal, Renewable Energy, or Energy Auditing (Certified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency).
• Infrastructure Development: B.E./M.E. in Civil, Public Health, Environment, Transportation, Structures; B.Arch; Masters in Urban Development/Planning; Degree in Finance; B.E. with relevant experience.
• Ports & Harbours: B.E./M.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Dredging, Port Operations, Inland Waterways, or Vessel Design.
• Others: B.E./M.Tech (Civil/Electro-Mechanical/Mechanical), MBA (Marketing/HR), Masters in Social Science/Economics/Finance/Geology/GIS/Geotechnical/Structural Engg, Graduate in Law, CA, B.Tech/MCA (min 5 years IT experience), Degree in Public Administration, Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection is an empanelment process. WAPCOS will maintain a databank of experts. Suitable experts may be considered and contacted for future project requirements. Being included in the databank does not confirm a job offer. No TA/DA will be paid for any stage of the application or subsequent engagement.

• The CV must contain: Name, Specialisation Applied For, Category, Address, DOB, Education details, Professional memberships, Training, Countries of work experience, Languages proficiency, Employment record, up to five Work Assignments, and Signed Certification.
• By signing the certification, you agree to work for WAPCOS and consent to the inclusion of your CV in WAPCOS's bids.
• Wilful misstatement may lead to disqualification.
