Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Paramedical Staff: Essential: ANM / MPW, or a nursing training certificate of suitable duration from an institution prescribed by the government. Experience: Minimum 02 years of working experience as paramedical staff in a government, semi-government, or private hospital. Desirable: Knowledge of English and Hindi. Age Limit: 21 to 35 years as on 01 January 2026, with relaxation up to 45 years.
• Assistant and Night Watchman: Essential: 5th class pass. Experience: Minimum 02 years of working experience as a Class IV / Watchman in a government, semi-government, or reputed private institution. Age Limit: 21 to 35 years as on 01 January 2026, with relaxation up to 45 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process comprises a merit list based on academic evaluation and work experience, followed by a written and skill test for shortlisted candidates.

• Academic Qualification: 70% weightage (70 marks) based on the percentage obtained in the mandatory minimum educational qualification.
• Experience: No marks for mandatory minimum experience. Beyond minimum: 02 marks per completed year, maximum 10 marks.
• Shortlisting: Based on combined marks of qualification and experience (out of 80), candidates shortlisted in 1:10 ratio.
• Written and Skill Test: 20 marks.
• Final Merit List: Prepared on total marks out of 100. Tie-breaker: older age, then higher marks in minimum educational qualification.
• Waiting List: 25% or minimum 03 candidates, valid for 01 year.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written and skill examination or document verification.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Local resident / domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh issued by a competent authority.
• Class 10th marksheet or birth certificate for proof of date of birth.
• Permanent caste certificate issued by a competent authority (for reserved category applicants).
• Class 12th marksheet.
• Graduation marksheet (if applicable for the post).
• Post-graduation marksheet (if applicable for the post).
• Vocational course / training certificate (as applicable according to the post).
• Experience certificate for the duration prescribed in the advertisement, issued by the appointing authority of the relevant institution.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer if working in a government or semi-government institution.
• Self-attested passport-size photograph affixed on the application form (signed across the photograph such that half the signature is on the photo and half on the application form).

Candidates must send the completed application form in the prescribed format, along with self-attested copies of all necessary documents, exclusively by registered post or speed post to: Office of the District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Department, Korba, Chhattisgarh. Applications submitted directly by hand will not be accepted.
