Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Technical Assistant (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 05 years practical experience in Civil Engineering works. Knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Konkani is required and Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 17 November 2026. Age relaxation of up to 05 years applicable to Project Cell employees.
- Domicile Requirement: Must possess a valid certificate regarding 15 years residence in the State of Goa issued by the Mamlatdar, or documentary evidence for exempted categories.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Oral interview for shortlisted candidates. Only eligible candidates shall be called for the oral interview by issue of call letters.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

- Original Degree in Civil Engineering Certificate and all Consolidated Mark Sheets
