Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Architect: Degree in Architecture from a recognized University; registration with the Council of Architecture; 3 years professional experience.
• Assistant Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering; 3 years experience in construction and maintenance.
• Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering; 2 years relevant experience.
• Supervisor/Draughtsman: Degree in Civil Engineering or H.S.S.C. with Diploma in Civil Engineering; knowledge of AutoCAD; 1 year experience as draughtsman.
• Technician: S.S.C. with NCVT ITI Certificate in Electrical/Plumber trade; 1 year relevant experience.
• Lower Division Clerk: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent; computer knowledge with typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Multi Tasking Staff: S.S.C. or ITI course in relevant trade or equivalent.
• Driver (LMV): S.S.C. or ITI course; Driving Licence for light vehicles.
• General: Knowledge of Konkani is essential; knowledge of Marathi is desirable. All applicants must have knowledge of English, Hindi, Konkani, and Marathi.
• Domicile: Candidates must have 15 Years Residence Certificate in Goa and valid Employment Registration Card.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Written Examination: Eligible candidates will be called via call letters/SMS. No marks for educational qualifications.
• Computer Test: Conducted for applicable posts.
• Final Merit List: Based on total marks from written exam and computer test. Tie-breakers: older age, then higher educational qualification.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid. Results will be published on GRB notice board and www.goa.gov.in.
