Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Sr. Project Scientist (2 posts):
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field; OR M.Tech. with first class or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience required for M.Tech. holders.
- Sr. Research Fellow / SRF (1 post):
- Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science; OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course.
- Selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship) and GATE.
- Minimum 2 years of research experience.
Desirable Skills for Both Posts:
- Proven experience with AI for classifying biological datasets.
- Experience in designing, training, and validating AI/ML architectures.
- Experience in maintaining rigorous code repositories (GitHub / GitLab).
- Experience in omics data analysis – single-cell and bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, spatial omics, proteomics, metabolomics, genomics, imaging data, or clinical data.
