Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Young Professional-I (F&A)

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com./BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university/college.
• At least one year of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance domain.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tally, and virtual meeting platforms is desirable.

Young Professional-II (F&A)

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com./BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university/college.
• EITHER: CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/CS (Inter) AND at least one year of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance; OR: MBA (Finance) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognized institution + one year of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and virtual meeting platforms is desirable.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Only candidates fulfilling the essential qualifications will be called for the interview. Document verification of original credentials will occur during the interview session.

• Screening: Shortlisting based on eligibility and relevance of experience.
• Interview: Direct personal interview conducted by the selection committee.
• No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
• Termination Clause: Appointment is terminable at the discretion of the competent authority without giving any reason or notice, in accordance with ICAR guidelines.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Download the prescribed application format (Annexure I) from the official notification.
• Fill in all required particulars including personal info, contact address, educational qualifications from Class X onwards, and professional experience.
• Affix an attested passport-size photograph and sign the declaration.
• Prepare clear scanned copies of filled form + self-attested copies of Class X onwards certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, and NOC (if employed).
• If any near or distant relative works in ICAR/IARI, fill and sign the relative declaration form.
• Send the application along with all scanned documents as an email attachment to [email protected] on or before 20 November 2026.
• Selected candidates must submit a signed Declaration of Secrecy and Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to joining.
• Selected candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by an MBBS doctor at their own expense and complete police verification within 15 days of joining.
