Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: LLB Degree with Post Graduation securing at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position in a higher educational institute or institute of repute. Extensive experience in handling legal matters in Government Organisations, Government Undertakings/PSUs, Central or State Government Offices, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or Educational Institutions. This includes service laws, labour laws and codes, land laws, legal drafting and vetting of documents, and liaison with government offices and statutory authorities.
- Skills: Excellent command over English (proficiency in Hindi is preferred) and a working knowledge of computer applications and packages.
- Desirable Experience: Work experience as a Senior Legal Associate or Legal Associate from large-scale industries or any law firm which appears in High Courts, PSUs, or similar autonomous institutions of higher education.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Fulfillment of educational qualifications and experience does not automatically entitle an applicant to be called for the recruitment process. In case of a large number of applicants, IIFT reserves the right to shortlist applications as appropriate. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to appear for a written test or interaction at the IIFT Campus in New Delhi.
Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/interaction.
