Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must major in Industrial Engineering & Management, Operations Management, Operations Research, Mathematics and Computing, or allied areas.
- Full-time Post: Completed graduation is required.
- Part-time Post: Candidates in 3rd/4th year of graduation or pursuing post-graduation may apply.
- Desirable: Good academic record with exposure to mathematical modelling, algorithms, coding; Knowledge of MATLAB, CPLEX, MATHEMATICA, optimization software, and generative AI.
- Age Limit: Preferably below 35 Years.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Shortlisted candidates must appear for a Personal Interview at IIM Ranchi, scheduled around the last week of November 2026. Interview details will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
