Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

The consolidated pay follows a progressive slab: Rs. 60,750 → 62,570 → 64,450 → 66,330 → 68,370 → 70,420 → 72,530 → 74,710 → 76,950 → 79,260 per month, plus House Rent Allowance at 30%. In case a retired or superannuated government employee is selected, salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Sr. Project Scientist: A Postgraduate degree (M.Tech / MBA / MCA / MS(R)) in Management, Social Sciences, Data Sciences, Information Systems, Behavioural Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
• Additional Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Cyber Risk Management, Digital Forensics, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum Marks: At least 60% marks or CGPA above 6.0 in both graduation and post-graduation. A 5% relaxation in marks is granted to SC/ST candidates.
• Experience: Minimum three years of relevant experience in research, specifically carrying out mixed-methods research and performing both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Domain Knowledge: Must possess working knowledge of cybersecurity and cyber risk management domains.
• Desirable Skills: Proficiency in qualitative data analysis tools (grounded theory methodology, thematic analysis), statistical analysis tools, instrument development and validation, experimental/quasi-experimental research, pre-post longitudinal evaluation, and research writing.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for this contractual position is based on an Online Interview. The process follows these steps:
