• Master's degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for Private Secretary at IISER Kolkata will be conducted in three stages:

• Stage 1 – Shortlisting: Eligible online applications will be scrutinized. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the prescribed criteria will be called for the next stage.
• Stage 2 – Skill Test / Trade Test (Qualifying in nature): Candidates must demonstrate the required computer key depression speed and office applications proficiency.
