Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Data Entry Operator: Minimum 12th Pass with computer knowledge of Excel and Tally, and knowledge of accounts.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years as on the closing date of application.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection consists of the following stages:

1. Scrutiny of Documents: Verification of age, educational qualification, and experience.
2. Shortlisting (if required): If the number of eligible applicants disproportionately exceeds the number of positions, shortlisting for interview may be conducted based on rational criteria.
3. Interaction / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction or interview with the department.

Important: Candidates must produce original documents for verification on the date of the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

Note: Fifteen (15) days salary is to be deducted from the selected candidate as security in two parts (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month), which is refundable after receiving a No Dues certificate from the client department and completing contractual liabilities with ICSIL.
