Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Accountant: Graduate + Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA, with 3 years post-qualification experience in Accounts.
• Technician (Survey): ITI in Survey or Diploma in Survey.
• Technician (Sampling): B.Sc. with experience in Drill Core/Mine Sampling.
• Technician (Laboratory): B.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Geology.
• Assistant (Materials): Graduate with Mathematics or B.Com.
• Assistant (Accounts): B.Com.
• Stenographer (English): Graduate in any stream + Certificate in Shorthand with 80 wpm in English.
• Assistant (Hindi): Graduate with Hindi and English as subjects, or Degree in English with Advance Hindi.
• Electrician: ITI/Diploma (Electrical) + Valid Wireman Certificate + 1 year relevant experience.
• Machinist: ITI in Turner/Machinist/Grinder/Miller or Diploma (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production/Tool & Die).
• Technician (Drilling): ITI in Mechanic (EMM)/Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter or Diploma in Drilling/Mechanical Engineering + Valid HMV License.
• Mechanic: ITI in Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter or Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering) + Valid HMV License.
• Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling): ITI in Mechanic (EMM)/Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling Engineering.
• Junior Driver: 10th Class Pass + Valid LMV and HMV License.
• Assistant (IT): Degree in BCA/BCS/BCCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or Graduation with 1-year PG Diploma in IT.
• Assistant (HR): BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BBM/BSW.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Screening: Applications screened as "Eligible" or "Not Eligible" based on online application.
• Written Test (100% Weightage): Conducted by an external agency in Nagpur. Cut-off: 50% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS, 45% for SC/ST.
• Document Verification: Candidates clearing written test called in 1:7 ratio.
• Skill Test/Trade Test: Qualifying in nature ("Suitable" or "Not Suitable").
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test, skill test, or document verification.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications).
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
