Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Under Secretary: Officers under Central/State Govt, PSU, or Autonomous Organisation holding analogous post on regular basis OR post in Level-11 from any organised service with 5 years regular service in the grade.
- Senior Account Officer: Officers holding analogous post OR post in Level-10 from organised Accounts/Audit Department with 5 years regular service (preference for DDO/PAO experience).
- Section Officer: Officers holding analogous post OR post in Level-8 from any organised service with 5 years regular service (preference for similar job experience).
- Technical Officer (Forestry): Officers holding analogous post OR post in Level-7 from any organised service with 5 years regular service (preference for similar job experience).
- Assistant Section Officer: Officers holding analogous post OR post in Level-7 from any organised service with 5 years regular service (preference for similar job experience).
- Accountant/Auditor: Officers holding analogous post OR post in Level-5 from organised Accounts/Audit Department with 5 years regular service (preference for similar job experience).

Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection for appointment on deputation is made from suitable candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions through proper channel, subject to availability of ACR dossiers, vigilance clearance, and integrity certification. No separate written test or interview is mentioned; selection is based on scrutiny of service records and eligibility. No TA/DA will be paid for attending any interview or document verification.
