Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Professional Trainee – Management: Master's Degree in Business Management or Administration or relevant Management discipline from a recognized University/Institution; strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
• Professional Trainee – Electrical Engineering: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/Institute/University approved by State Board of Technical Education or AICTE or UGC.
• Professional Trainee – Civil Engineering: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/Institute/University approved by State Board of Technical Education or AICTE or UGC.
• Professional Trainee – Pharmacy: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) recognized institute, with valid registration as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council (mandatory).
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals.
• Age: Not older than 30 years as on the last date of submission of online application (6 December 2026).
• Experience: No experience requirement mentioned.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• If a large number of applications is received, the Screening Committee may use additional screening criteria to shortlist candidates before the interview.
• The University may decide its own method of shortlisting and evaluating candidates' performance in the interview.
• Call letters and messages about the test/interview will be sent to eligible candidates by email only; a notice will also be posted on the University website.
• Candidates must be present physically or online for the interview on the date, time and venue given. Requests to change the schedule will not be accepted.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/interview.
