Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
All candidates must be Indian citizens. Qualifications and experience are calculated as of 31.10.2026.
- Educational Qualification (Common for both posts): Graduation in any discipline from a government-recognized university or institution.
- Medical Fitness: Only candidates with medical fitness in SHAPE-1 or an equivalent medical category are eligible to apply.
- Manager (Security) - Experience: Officer not below the rank of Major in Indian Army (or equivalent rank in Indian Navy/Air Force) with minimum 10 years of commissioned service OR Officer not below the rank of Deputy Commandant in Para-military forces with minimum 10 years of service.
- Deputy Manager (Security) - Experience: Officer not below the rank of Captain in Indian Army (or equivalent rank in Indian Navy/Air Force) with minimum 5 years of commissioned service OR Officer not below the rank of Assistant Commandant in Para-military forces with minimum 5 years of service.
- Age Relaxation: Available to reserved category candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Online Written Test: An objective-type test comprising 200 questions for 200 marks over a duration of 2 hours. The test covers Reasoning Ability, English Language, General Awareness (qualifying in nature), and Professional Knowledge (counted for merit). There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
- Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in the online test (Professional Knowledge) will be called for an interview carrying 100 marks.
- Final Merit: Marks are normalized to 100 (70 from Professional Knowledge test + 30 from Interview).
Outstation candidates called for the interview will be reimbursed economy class airfare for the shortest route, maximum Rs 10,000 (to-and-fro) or actual cost, whichever is lower.

- Proof of identity and age (10th Standard Certificate/Discharge Book).

- Caste certificates (OBC-NCL, SC, ST, or EWS) as per validity guidelines.
