Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process for TMC Recruitment 2026 comprises the following stages:

  1. Screening / Shortlisting: TMC reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for written tests, interviews, or skill tests based on qualifications and experience.
  2. Written Examination / Skill Test: A screening written test or skill test may be conducted for shortlisted candidates, as applicable to the post.
  3. Interview / Personal Interaction: Candidates clearing the written test or skill test will be called for a personal interview or interaction at the respective TMC unit.
  4. Document Verification: All original documents will be verified before the final selection. Any discrepancy will lead to disqualification.
