Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• The candidate must have passed at least Matriculation (10th standard).
• The candidate must be an Indian citizen and a local resident of Kokrajhar District, Assam.
• Preference may be given to candidates from specific groups as mentioned in the notification (e.g., teachers, retired government servants, MSW students, law students, NGO members, SHG members, etc.).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for the Para Legal Volunteer posts will be conducted through the following stages:

1. Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility.
2. Personal Interview.
3. Verification of original documents.

Note: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates for attending the interview/selection process.

Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with self-attested photocopies, for the interview/document verification:

• Printed and filled application form (as per notification format).
• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate for age and qualification proof.
• All relevant educational qualification certificates and mark sheets.
• Experience certificates on official letterhead (if applicable).
• Valid Caste/Category certificate in Central/State Government format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Valid Government-issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.).
• Local residence proof for Kokrajhar District.
