Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science with 55%, 10 years experience, Ph.D., ICT integration evidence.
- Internal Audit Officer: CA or M.Com with 55%, 5 years experience, computer certificate.
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical with 2 years experience OR Diploma with 5 years experience, computer certificate.
- Assistant Civil Engineer: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil with 2 years experience OR Diploma with 5 years experience, computer certificate.
- Lab Assistant (Chemistry): B.Sc. in Chemistry, 3 years lab experience, computer certificate.
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with 55%, computer certificate.
- Store Keeper: Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years stores experience, computer certificate (PwBD category).
- System Analyst: B.E./B.Tech. in CS/Electronics with 3 years experience OR M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc./MCA with 1 year experience.
- Senior Clerk: Any Graduate, 3 years clerical experience, computer certificate (PwBD category).
- Junior Clerk: Graduation, computer certificate (SEBC & ST category).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
For posts at Level-8 and above (Librarian, Internal Audit Officer, Assistant Engineers, Assistant Registrar, System Analyst): If applicants exceed six, a written test will be conducted. Top six candidates will be shortlisted for interview. For Senior Clerk, Junior Clerk, Lab Assistant, and Store Keeper: Only a written test will be conducted. Syllabus and exam pattern will be uploaded on the university website. Document verification will occur at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid.
