Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Structure

Note on Pay: The consolidated monthly remuneration equals 50% of the applicant's last drawn Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance, subject to the condition that combined pension from all sources does not exceed this amount. If pension exceeds 50% of last drawn pay, the excess is deducted from remuneration. No other benefits are admissible. TA/DA and hotel charges during official tours are payable as per eligibility of the last post held at retirement, subject to a maximum of E-8 Level.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

This position is exclusively open to ex-officers of Central Warehousing Corporation who meet all the following conditions:

• Scale/Level Requirement: Must have worked in IDA Scale 60,000 – 1,80,000 (E-3) or equivalent.
• Functional Experience: Experience in dealing with promotion and upgradation matters, including preparation and processing of DPC (Departmental Promotion Committee) and LDCE (Limited Departmental Competitive Examination) cases, and interpretation of relevant service rules and precedents.
• Vigilance Clearance: No disciplinary or criminal proceedings, charge sheet, or pending punishment awarded by any organisation served during the last 10 years before superannuation.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The mode of selection is through Personal Interaction (Interview) with eligible candidates. Candidates fulfilling all eligibility conditions will be shortlisted and called for personal interaction. The interview schedule will be communicated via email or published on the official CWC website. No written test is prescribed for this engagement.

6. Upload a duly signed copy of the Undertaking for Vigilance Clearance proforma (Annexure-II).
