Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
All positions are filled on a deputation basis. Applicants must be officers from Central Government, State Government, Union Territory Administration, or PSU cadre holding analogous posts on regular basis or meeting the minimum regular service requirements in the specified Pay Matrix Levels. Post-specific qualifications are as follows:
- Secretary: Graduate degree from a recognized University. Officers holding analogous post on regular basis OR 2 years regular service in Level-13A (GP Rs. 8900) OR 3 years regular service in Level-13 (GP Rs. 8700) OR 20 years regular service in Central/State/UT Civil Service (minimum 10 years in Level-12 / GP Rs. 7600).
- Executive Director (Tariff): Post Graduate Degree in Economics / MBA (Finance) OR Graduate Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering from a recognized institution, plus analogous post or 2 years regular service in Level-13A (GP Rs. 8900) OR 3 years regular service in Level-13 (GP Rs. 8700).
- Executive Director (Engg.): Graduate Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or equivalent, plus analogous post or 2 years regular service in Level-13A (GP Rs. 8900) OR 3 years regular service in Level-13 (GP Rs. 8700).

Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection for all 18 positions will be done on a deputation basis. The process involves:
