• Educational Qualification:
  • M.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or Law and Technology from a UGC-recognized / statutory institution; OR
  • B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT) or any allied relevant discipline.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • At least 3 years designing and delivering AI / Generative AI training or leading AI adoption programmes for working professionals (classroom, online, blended) with evidence of participant numbers and outcomes.
• Core Competencies Required:
  • Advanced proficiency with mainstream generative AI tools, source-grounded prompting, agent-assisted workflows, reusable prompt libraries.
  • Verification practice — hallucination control, citation checks, claim-to-source traceability.
  • Instructional design and adult learning (needs analysis, outcome definition, assessment design, Training of Trainers).
  • Experience with Government bodies, National/State Training Institutions or International Organizations working on democracy, governance or elections.
  • Working knowledge of DPDP Act & Rules, IT Amendment Rules 2026, India AI Governance Guidelines (MeitY, Nov 2025), government confidentiality obligations, AI copyright issues.
• Desirable: Relevant certifications (AI / Data Science / Instructional Design), familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, publications on AI in education or governance.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Stage 1 — Shortlisting: Application screening against the prescribed eligibility; the Institute may raise shortlisting thresholds as required.
