Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Joint Director (IT)
- Essential: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science/Engineering/Any Other engineering field with relevant experience in IT or MCA.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing IT operations, Minimum 2 years Managing Government IT projects.
Eligibility for HMIS Manager (IT)
- Essential: BE/B.Tech or equivalent or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Master's in Public Health/MBBS/BDS.
- Experience: 10+ years, Preferably 2+ years in government project.
Eligibility for Project Manager (IT)
- Essential: BE/B.Tech and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or Master's in Public Health.
- Experience: 6+ years, 2+ years in government project preferably social sector.
- Desirable: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile Safe, PGMP/ITIL. Proficient in MS Office. Preference to experience in Health Sector.
Eligibility for IEC Expert (Coordination)
- Essential: Post Graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Journalism/Social Work/Development.
- Experience: 4+ Years in knowledge management and IEC strategy.
- Desirable: Proficient in MS Office suite.
Eligibility for Grievance Redressal Officer (Admin & Support)
- Essential: BE/B.Tech/MCA/Master's in Public Policy/Public Administration/BA-LLB, MBA(HR).
- Experience: 4+ Years in Client Relationship Management.
- Desirable: Proficient in MS Office suite.
Eligibility for Project Manager (Coordination)
- Essential: BE/B.Tech and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or Master's in Public Health.
- Experience: 6+ years, 2+ years in government project preferably social sector.

- Preliminary shortlisting based on Requisite Qualification and Experience.
- 80% weightage on Educational Qualification (50% base + 30% higher degrees/certifications).
- 20% weightage on Interview (Viva voce, competency test in relevant field, computer proficiency).
- Final selection based on total scores.

The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) in Jharkhand is a transformative initiative aimed at creating a robust digital health ecosystem across the state. Launched as part of the national ABDM framework, this mission seeks to bridge the existing gaps in healthcare delivery through innovative digital solutions.
ABDM Jharkhand aims to develop the backbone necessary to support the integrated digital health infrastructure of the state. It will bridge the existing gap amongst different stakeholders of the Healthcare ecosystem through digital highways. The mission will enable access and exchange of longitudinal health records of citizens with their consent.
The initiative creates a seamless online platform through the provision of a wide range of data, information, and infrastructure services, duly leveraging open, interoperable, standards-based digital systems. This ensures security, confidentiality, and privacy of health-related personal information.
