Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

• Staff Consultant (Tariff-Engineering): Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or MBA in Power. Min 3 years experience in power generation/transmission/distribution utilities or Regulatory Commission. Preference for Tariff Preparation experience.
• Staff Consultant (Legal): Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB). Experience: Former Additional District Judge OR Min 5 years practice in High Court/District Court/Regulatory Commission/Tribunal OR 5 years experience in law field in Govt/PSU. Preference for Power Sector experience.
• Staff Consultant (Medical): MBBS degree registered with MCI/State Medical Council. Min 5 years post-qualification clinical experience. Required to visit office thrice a week.
• Staff Consultant (Finance): Qualified CA, Cost Accountant, CFA, or 2 years MBA (Finance). Min 3 years experience in Finance (Govt/PSU/Utilities/Audit Firms). Engineering degree is an added advantage.
• Staff Consultant (Nursing/Compounder): Diploma/Degree in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing registered with Nursing Council. Min 3 years experience as a nurse or compounder. Full-time duty required.
• Staff Consultant (IT): Bachelor/Master Degree in CS/IT/BCA/MCA. Min 3 years experience in System/Web App handling, Server/Network management, IT Security in Govt/PSU/Large Org.

2. Age Limit

Age Criteria:

• Minimum Age: Not below 30 years.
• Maximum Age Retention: 70 years (Consultants cannot be retained after attaining 70 years).
• Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 01 August 2025.

Terms & Conditions Summary
