Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

Educational Qualification

• Junior Engineer (Mechanical):
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in construction/supervision of projects in the Hydrocarbon industry (process plants, pipelines, refinery, LPG plant, depots, compressor/pumping stations, etc.).
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & NDT Level-2 Certification. Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in construction/supervision of projects in the Hydrocarbon industry.
• Junior Engineer (Civil):
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in design/site supervision for building construction/industrial projects.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in construction/supervision of industrial projects, preferably in the Hydrocarbon industry.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical):
  • Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or combination where Electrical is one branch). Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in design/construction of electrical works for building/infrastructure/industrial projects.
• Junior Officer (HR):
  • BBA / Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in the entire gamut of HR.
• Junior Officer (Admin.):
  • BBA / Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in administrative work.

Age Limit

Age as on: 02.02.2026

• Upper Age Limit: 50 years (before relaxations).
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwD (UR/OBC/SC-ST): 10/13/15 years respectively
  • Candidates domiciled in J&K (01.01.1980–31.12.1989), Ex-Servicemen, and other categories as per rules.
  • Additional Experience Relaxation: 1 year of age relaxation for every 1 year of additional relevant experience, limited to a maximum of 3 years, within the overall upper age cap of 52 years.

Mandatory Requirements

• Only full-time, regular salary-based work in relevant areas will be considered towards the required 16 years of post-qualification experience. Freelance, entrepreneurial, teaching, research, articleship/internship (except specified PSU training/apprenticeships) will not be counted.

Selection Process

This is a Direct Recruitment based on experience and interview.
