Educational Qualification:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture of 4 years duration from ICAR accredited University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
2. A Master’s degree in Subject of Agricultural Entomology / Plant Pathology / any equivalent subject from ICAR accredited University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

Skills / Eligibility
Candidates who have the required qualification as set by ANGRAU can only apply for the Subject Matter Specialist vacancies. Candidates must hold B.Sc, BVSC, M.Sc, MVSC. Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walkin interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the given criteria.
How to Apply:
The eligible candidates are requested to attend the WALK-IN-INTERVIEW directly at Office of the Associate Director of Research, Regional Agricultural Research Station, Lam, Guntur on 20.07.2022 at 10.00 AM with three sets of bio data with photo and two sets Photostat copies of educational qualifications and others if any along with originals. The candidates have to give PowerPoint presentations for 5 minutes with their subject concern in front of the selection committee. No TA / DA is admissible for attending the interview.

Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) was established under the name of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University (APAU) on the 12th of June 1964 through the APAU Act 1963. Later, it was renamed as Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University on the 7th of November, 1996 in honor and memory of the noted Parliamentarian and Kisan Leader, Acharya N. G. Ranga. At the verge of completing of Golden Jubilee Year of the ANGRAU, it has given birth to a new State Agricultural University namely Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University with the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh as per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act 2014. The ANGRAU at LAM, Guntur is serving the students and the farmers of 13 districts of new State of Andhra Pradesh with renewed interest and dedication.
