Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria (all degrees must be from ICAR accredited Universities/Institutions):

• Option 1 (Ph.D.): Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from a recognized University/Institution.
• Option 2 (Master's): Master's degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding with a 4/5 years Bachelor's degree, having first division or equivalent overall grade point average.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/research experience (evidenced by Fellowship/Associateship/Training).
• Publication: At least one research paper published in a Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS rated (>4.0) journal.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age Relaxation: Up to 45 years for Women candidates.

Selection Process
