• B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering with First Class
• Minimum 2 years proven track record in the Agricultural Drone Industry
• At least 5,000 acres spraying experience on versatile drones
• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) mandatory
• Working and operational knowledge of different flight controllers
• Experience with LiDAR and Multispectral camera-based UAV data acquisition
• Proven track record of drone design, functional testing, flight data diagnostics, and establishing drone start-ups
• Desirable: Readiness to design and fabricate new drone systems for Agro Forestry, Agricultural Extension, and agricultural logistics drones

Drone Co-Pilot cum Driver (01 Post)

• Diploma in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering
• ANGRAU – ADITI Certification
• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC)
• Valid 4-wheeler driving licence issued by RTA, Government of Andhra Pradesh
• Desirable: Familiarity with farmers' needs regarding agricultural drone technology; willingness to travel to rural areas as required by the project

Selection Process & Screening Clause
