Educational Qualification: Junior Research Fellow (JRF): First Class B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC) and GATE Qualified with valid Score or First Class B.E / B.Tech & First Class ME / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC). Research Associate (RA): Ph.D in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/ UGC) or M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 3 years of research or design and development experience after M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

Pay Scale: INR 37000-67000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

Candidates will be required to produce all the testimonials (certificates, marks memorandum, etc.) related to age, education and community certificate (if applicable) in original during verification and submit self-attested photocopies of the same along with copy of Aadhaar Card and two recent passport size photographs at the time of Walk-in Interview, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Walk-in Interview.
