Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Project Admin Assistant (PAA)
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/ Equivalent) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 03 (THREE) years experience in Administration or Material Management or Finance Divisions.
- Desirable: A certificate course in Computer skills like MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, etc., for routine office work.
Eligibility for Project Senior Admin Assistant (PSAA)
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/ Equivalent) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 06 (SIX) years experience in Administration or Material Management or Finance Divisions.
- Desirable: A certificate course in Computer skills like MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, etc., for routine office work.
Eligibility for Project Admin Officer (PAO)
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/ Equivalent) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 10 (TEN) years experience in Administration or Material Management or Finance Divisions.
- Desirable: A certificate course in Computer skills like MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, etc., for routine office work.
Eligibility for Project Technical Assistant (PTA)
- Essential: 3 years Diploma in Engg./Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc/BCA/Equivalent) from AICTE approved Institute or recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 03 (THREE) years experience in the areas related to technical skills in Computers Management, Data Interpretation, Test equipment operation and maintenance, test results compilation etc. The candidate should also assist in Programme teams in Data generation, Documentation & Record Management in MIS & ERP.
- Desirable: Knowledge in Computer language such as C, C++, Java etc.
Eligibility for Project Senior Technical Assistant (PSTA)
- Essential: 3 years Diploma in Engg./Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc/BCA/Equivalent) from AICTE approved Institute or recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 07 (SEVEN) years experience in the areas related to technical skills in Computers Management, Data Interpretation, Test equipment operation and maintenance, test results compilation etc. The candidate should also assist in Programme teams in Data generation, Documentation & Record Management in MIS & ERP.
- Desirable: Knowledge in Computer language such as C, C++, Java etc.
Salary Details
- Project Admin Assistant (PAA): Rs. 35,220/- per month
- Project Senior Admin Assistant (PSAA): Rs. 47,496/- per month
- Project Admin Officer (PAO): Rs. 59,276/- per month
- Project Technical Assistant (PTA): Rs. 35,220/- per month
- Project Senior Technical Assistant (PSTA): Rs. 50,224/- per month
Annual increment of 7% will be provided on Gross salary after completion of one year from the date of joining.

- Project Senior Admin Assistant (PSAA): 45 years
- Project Admin Officer (PAO): 50 years
- Project Technical Assistant (PTA): 35 years
- Project Senior Technical Assistant (PSTA): 45 years

Selection Process
- Project Admin Assistant (PAA): Skill test in English typewriting (on computer keyboard) + Written Test
- Project Senior Admin Assistant (PSAA): Skill test in English typewriting (on computer keyboard) + Written Test + Personal Interview
- Project Admin Officer (PAO): Written Test + Personal Interview
- Project Technical Assistant (PTA): Written Test
- Project Senior Technical Assistant (PSTA): Written Test + Personal Interview
Skill Test Norms for PAA & PSAA: English Typewriting on computer keyboard @ 30 w.p.m corresponding to 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Final selection based on merit of marks scored in the personal interview (minimum qualifying marks: 70% for Unreserved, 60% for reserved categories).
