Counsellor and Data Manager
AIIMS Bathinda has released a notification for the engagement of personnel on a contractual basis under the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) project. The project is supported by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and coordinated by NDDTC, AIIMS New Delhi. Applications are invited for the posts of Counsellor and Data Manager. The engagement is initially for one year.

Age Limit (as on 05.08.2026):Counsellor: 21-35 years; Data Manager: Maximum 60 years. PwBD candidates get 10 years of relaxation. No age relaxation for reserved categories applying for UR vacancies.
Selection Procedure: Document Verification followed by a Walk-in Interview. The Institute reserves the right to shortlist candidates.

📝 How to Apply Step-by-Step
Candidates who wish to apply for the AIIMS Bathinda Recruitment 2026 must follow the two-step application process below. The cut-off date for eligibility is 05 August 2026.
- Step 1: Online Registration via Google Form

- Deadline: 05 August 2026, by 5:00 PM. The application will not be considered complete without this step.
- Step 2: Pay Application Fee

- Note the transaction reference number and date to fill in the application form.
- Step 3: Download and Fill Application Form
- Download the prescribed application form (proforma) from the AIIMS Bathinda website.
- Fill the form completely. Bring a hard copy of this form along with the fee receipt on the day of the interview.
- Step 4: Attend Walk-in Interview
- Attend the walk-in interview on 10 August 2026, from 8:30 AM onwards.
- Venue: Ground Floor, Admin Block, Medical College Building, AIIMS Bathinda.
- Carry the hard copy of the application form, fee receipt, all original certificates, and one set of self-attested copies.
Important: No hard copy needs to be sent by post. Document verification will be done on the day of the interview.

Key Instructions for Candidates
- Contractual Engagement: This is a purely contractual position for one year, renewable based on performance and project continuation. It does not confer any right to permanent absorption.
- NOC Requirement: Candidates working in Government Institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the interview.
- Shortlisting: The Institute reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and suitability. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee selection.
- Document Verification: Original certificates will be verified on the day of the interview and again at the time of joining.
- No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance or accommodation will be provided for attending the interview.
- Confidentiality: Selected candidates must maintain complete confidentiality regarding patient data and official records.
- Termination: The Institute can terminate the contract if performance is unsatisfactory, misconduct is established, or the project is discontinued.
- Canvassing: Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
