AIIMS Bathinda Invites Application for Counsellor, Data Manager Recruitment 2026

Candidates who wish to apply for the AIIMS Bathinda Recruitment 2026 must follow the two-step application process below. The cut-off date for eligibility is 05 August 2026.

1. Step 1: Online Registration via Google Form
   • Fill out the mandatory Google Form at the following link: https://forms.gle/ZQABVdARgPndF7vLA.
   • Deadline: 05 August 2026, by 5:00 PM. The application will not be considered complete without this step.
2. Step 2: Pay Application Fee
   • Pay the applicable application fee online via SBI Collect: https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=2322756.
   • Note the transaction reference number and date to fill in the application form.
3. Step 3: Download and Fill Application Form
   • Download the prescribed application form (proforma) from the AIIMS Bathinda website.
   • Fill the form completely. Bring a hard copy of this form along with the fee receipt on the day of the interview.
4. Step 4: Attend Walk-in Interview
   • Attend the walk-in interview on 10 August 2026, from 8:30 AM onwards.
   • Venue: Ground Floor, Admin Block, Medical College Building, AIIMS Bathinda.
   • Carry the hard copy of the application form, fee receipt, all original certificates, and one set of self-attested copies.

Important: No hard copy needs to be sent by post. Document verification will be done on the day of the interview.

• Contractual Engagement: This is a purely contractual position for one year, renewable based on performance and project continuation. It does not confer any right to permanent absorption.
• NOC Requirement: Candidates working in Government Institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the interview.
• Shortlisting: The Institute reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and suitability. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee selection.
• Document Verification: Original certificates will be verified on the day of the interview and again at the time of joining.
• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance or accommodation will be provided for attending the interview.
• Confidentiality: Selected candidates must maintain complete confidentiality regarding patient data and official records.
• Termination: The Institute can terminate the contract if performance is unsatisfactory, misconduct is established, or the project is discontinued.
• Canvassing: Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Updates: Candidates should regularly check the official AIIMS Bathinda website for any corrigendum or updates.
