Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Scientist-C (Non-Medical): M.Sc./M.Sc. MLT in Virology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Parasitology; OR M.Tech Biotechnology with 4 years experience in R&D or teaching. Candidates with 2nd Class in these degrees must hold a Ph.D with 4 years relevant experience.
• Data Entry Operator (under DHR): Graduation from a recognized university, with a typing speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour on computer.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (under DHR): High School / Matriculation from a recognized board.

The age limit is calculated as on or before 30 August 2026. Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Applications received will be scrutinized by the Scrutiny Committee.
2. Recruitment will be made through a Walk-in Interview.
3. A written test will be conducted if eligible candidates exceed 30 per post.
4. Selection will be based purely on a merit basis.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The contract is for a fixed tenure of one year and may be extended up to three years depending on performance and budget allocation. Candidates have no right to claim permanent employment based on this position.
