Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma from suitable candidates for filling up following Group ‘A & B’ Posts on DEPUTATION BASIS in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur. The essential qualification, experiences etc. required to applying for these posts are as under:

1. Position: Executive Engineer (Electrical)

2. No of post : 01

3. Qualifications : Essential: - Holding the post of Executive Engineer (Elect.) on regular basis OR Assistant Engineer (Elect.) with 8 years of regular service in the grade, from CPWD. In the event of suitable candidates not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the Central Government/Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies shall be considered. An Officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering. (Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).

4. Pay Scale:Level - 11 (₹ 67,700 - ₹ 2,08,700)

1. Position: Executive Engineer (Civil)

2. No of post : 01

3. Qualifications : Essential: - Holding the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) on regular basis OR Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 8 years of regular service in the grade, from CPWD. In the event of suitable candidates not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the Central Government/Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies shall be considered. An Officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Civil Engineering. (Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).

4. Pay Scale:Level - 11 (₹ 67,700 - ₹ 2,08,700)

1. Position: Assistant Controller of Examination

2. No of post : 01

3. Qualifications : Essential: -Officers of AIIMS holding analogous posts or having 5/8 years of regular service in the posts carrying pay scale or Rs. 2200-4000 (Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-10 as per 7th CPC) / 2000-3500 (Grade Pay Rs. 4,600/- as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-7 as per 7th CPC) respectively and possessing the following: i. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent and ii. Track record of absolute integrity and proved ability to maintain strict confidentiality of official matters.

4. Desirable: Experience in organizing examinations/ competitive test. In the event of a suitable officer not being available from among the Institute’s employees, selection shall be made from the officers of Central Government including Delhi Administration or Central Statutory/Autonomous bodies holding posts and having qualifications and experience and ability as specified above. (Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).

5. Pay Scale:Level - 11 (₹ 67,700 - ₹ 2,08,700)

1. Position: Accounts Officer

2. No of post : 01

3. Qualifications : Essential: - Officers under the Central Government or Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis and handling Accounts and Finance matters or holding posts of Accounts/Audit Officer or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs. 2375- 3500 (Grade Pay Rs. 4,600 as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-7 as per 7th CPC) /Rs. 2200-4000 (Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-10 as per 7th CPC). II. Assistant Accounts Officers in the pay scale of Rs. 2000-3200 (Grade Pay Rs. 4,600/- as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-7 as per 7th CPC) with 7 years of regular service in the grade (including the service in the grade of Junior Accounts Officer/Accountant in the scale of Rs. 1640-2900 (Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/- as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-6 as per 7th CPC). (Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).

4. Pay Scale: Level - 10 (₹ 56,100 - ₹ 1,77,500)

1. Position: Librarian Gr-1

2. No of post : 01

3. Qualifications : Essential: -Officers of the Central/ State, UT Governments or Officers of the Central Autonomous / Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings A)i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or ii) Posts in the scale of Rs.1640-2900 ((Level-6 as per 7th CPC) with 3 year of regular service in the grade; and B) Having the following qualification: i) M. Sc/ M.A./ M. Com Degree and ii) Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences; and I iii) Experience in acquisition of books, periodicals and documentation work in a Medical or other Library of standing. (Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).

4. Pay Scale: Level - 7 (₹ 44,900- ₹ 1,42,400)
