Educational Qualification:
1. MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized under the India Medical Council (IMC) Act, 1956 or by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for practice of medicine in India.
2. Qualifying degree: A Postgraduate qualification MD or MS (recognised under the IMC Act, #1956 or by the NMC) or qualifications recognised by the NMC as being equivalent thereto for employment as a Teacher in a Medical Institution. The qualifying degree must be in the subject of the post.

INR
101500-220400/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 58 Years.

Application Fee: Application fee for General/OBC/EWS category Rs. 2,000/-, for SC/ST category Rs. 500/- is required to be remitted using the payment link given on the website https://aiimsnagpur.edu.in/pages/vacancies. Any other instrument of payment is not acceptable. The Application fee is non-refundable. For, Retired Faculty (applying on contract basis), those applying for the post on Deputation basis and PwD category the application fee is exempted.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS] was designed to serve as a nucleus for nurturing excellence in all aspects of health and wellness throughout India. AIIMS is a group of autonomous public medical institutes that have been declared by an Act of Parliament 1956 as an “Institute of National Importance”.
All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur is one among the four AIIMS announced during the budget speech 2014-15 under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). The Foundation stone for the institute was laid by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis at Sector 20, MIHAN on 14th April 2017. Union Cabinet Minister for Road Transport and Highway and Shipping (GoI), Shri Nitin Gadkari, and several other dignitaries graced the occasion. The primary objective of AIIMS is “correcting regional imbalances in the availability of affordable/reliable tertiary healthcare services and also to augment facilities for quality medical education in the country”.
