Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Candidate must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience: Minimum of 30 months (2.5 years) of post-qualification experience in a company having a minimum paid-up share capital of ₹10 crore (as on 31.01.2026).
- Knowledge: Must possess knowledge regarding compliance of Companies Act, Corporate Laws, conducting Board Meetings, and performing functions under Section 205 of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who are also Chartered Accountants (CA) / Cost Accountants (CMA) or have working experience in Government Organizations.

- Maximum Age: 35 years.
- Cutoff Date: Age is calculated as of 31.01.2026.
