Selection Process & Screening Clause
Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria may appear for the Walk-In Interview on 19 October 2026. Mere fulfilment of the minimum qualification and experience criteria is not the criterion or parameter for selection. The selection will be based on the performance in the personal interview conducted by the selection committee of AIIA.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview or for joining the institute.
- The number of posts may vary depending upon the requirement and discretion of the Competent Authority, AIIA.

Key Terms & Conditions of Contractual Engagement
- Appointment on contractual basis will be initially for a period of One Year, as per AIIA / SoUADTGA working hours.
- The appointee engaged on contractual basis with the institute is not allowed to accept other assignment during the period of contract.
- Candidate will be allowed 1.5 days of leave in a calendar month. Absence for more than 1.5 days in a month would be subject to pro-rata deduction of remuneration.
- The appointee shall not utilize, publish, disclose, or part with any data, statistics, proceedings, or information collected during the course of assignment without written consent of AIIA.
- The person so engaged shall be bound to hand over the entire records of assignment to the organization on expiry of contract and before release of final payment.
- The selected candidate will have to join within one week from the date of issue of the offer of engagement.
