Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
  
  • Postgraduate degree (M.Sc) in Physics/Medical Physics/Biology/Biotechnology OR
  • Graduate degree in professional course (Medical/Nursing/Engineering).
  • Desirable: Experience in qualitative research (oncology), data management, scientific writing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Multi Task Worker (MTW):
  
  • 12th Pass (12th Grade) with computer and data entry skills.
  • Desirable: Hands-on experience in computer skills and data entry.

2. Age Limit (As on last date of application)

• JRF: Below 35 years.
• MTW: Below 30 years.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC and departmental candidates as per Central Government/ICMR guidelines (subject to submission of supporting documents).

3. Mandatory Requirements

• Contract Basis: These are purely contractual posts for a specific project duration. No claim for regular appointment in AIIMS is permitted.
• NOC: Candidates in government service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer.
• Physical/Location: Candidates may be posted at rural/field sites as per project requirements.

Selection Process & Exam Structure

The selection process is rigorous and conducted in stages:

Stage 1: Written Examination (If Applicable)

A written test will be conducted only if more than 30 eligible candidates appear for the interview.

Stage 2: Interview

• If written test is not conducted (less than 30 candidates), selection is based on interview marks only.
• Conducted in person at AIIMS Bhopal. No online interview provision.
• Venue: Department of Radiotherapy, AIIMS Bhopal.
