Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the post of Project Research Scientist-III (Medical) under the ICMR-funded Research Project (Code No. I-1910) at the Centre for Dental Education and Research (CDER), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Ansari Nagar, New Delhi – 110029. The project is titled "Efficacy of Allogeneic Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Reducing Fibrosis and Enhancing Muscle Regeneration in Patients with Oral Submucous Fibrosis: A Randomized Controlled Trial" and is supervised by Dr. Varun Surya.

This is a contractual, project-based position funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The tenure of appointment is co-terminus with the sanctioned project duration. Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: MDS in Oral Medicine or Oral Pathology with a minimum of 3 years of experience after MDS.
• Desirable Experience: Hands-on experience in biopsy techniques and a sound understanding of research methodology.
• Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Age Relaxation: As per applicable ICMR and AIIMS norms (if notified). Candidate's age must not exceed 45 years as on the last date of application submission (11 November 2026).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Online Application Screening: All applications submitted through the Google Form will be screened for eligibility against the essential qualification and experience criteria.
2. Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email for the interview. The decision regarding shortlisting rests with the competent authority.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates must appear for an interview at the specified date, time, and venue. All original documents must be carried at the time of the interview.
4. Final Decision: The decision of the competent authority regarding acceptance or rejection of applications, assessment of eligibility or suitability of candidates, and the mode and criteria of selection shall be final and binding on all applicants.
5. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

1. Original MDS Degree Certificate and All Consolidated Mark Sheets (Oral Medicine / Oral Pathology).
2. Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
3. Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead demonstrating minimum 3 years post-MDS experience.
4. Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
5. Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
6. Valid proof of Indian citizenship.
