Officers of Central Government Ministry/ Department holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years of regular service with Grade pay of Rs 4600, possessing degree from recognized University or equivalent, 5 years experience of Administration, Budget, Accounts and Establishment Work in a supervisory capacity in a Government Office or a Public Body are eligible to apply. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations is desirable

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on Deputation Basis

The Officers who fulfill the above qualifications/eligibility may submit their application online and printout of online application should be sent through proper channel with ANNEXURE-A to the Deputy Director (Admin)., All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh 249203, Uttarakhand so as to reach by

4. The envelope containing the application(s) should be super-scribed “Application for the Post of_ on Deputation basis.”

5. While forwarding their applications, it may be ensured that the particulars of the candidates are verified and that they fulfill the eligibility conditions.

6 The qualification/eligibility prescribed is minimum requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for selection. Based on bio-data, the selection committee will short-list candidates who may be called for Interview.

7. The candidates have to produce all relevant original documents as proof of details furnished in their application at the time of selection. Application of eligible officers may be forwarded through proper channel along with

(a) Duly attested photocopies of Confidential Reports of the applicant (last five years);

(b) Vigilance Clearance Certificate duly signed by an authorized officer clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned;

(d) A certificate about the integrity of the Officer recommended for on Deputation. Application without vigilance clearance and attested copies of CR Dossiers will not be considered.
